Breton Shapemill & Bretonsmartcam Modelling: Corinthian capital

Hi everybody,
Today I’d like to show you what a SHAPEMILL NCF 1600 equipped with the BretonSmartCam MODELLING software can do starting from a marble block placed on the bench and ending up with a Corinthian capital.

Breton machining centre starts shaping roughly the marble block with the disk.

Once the block is rough-hewn, a cutting tool is used for its rough-machining,

then the tool is changed and the finish operation begins.

Breathtaking, isn’t it?
I’m just thinking about how many extra masterpieces we would have inherited if Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo Buonarroti could have relied upon a SHAPEMILL machining centre in their good old days …

Anyhow, besides capitals, the 5-axes SHAPEMILL machining centre can produce columns (using the lathe accessory), statues, bath tubs, vases and large-sized funerary art and architectural components.

So, why don’t you ask for an estimate?
Write to mail@breton.it to know the price and receive additional info regarding  Breton SHAPEMILL.
See you next time.
